How far in advance should I place my order?
Whenever possible, please place your order at least 2–4 weeks in advance. During holidays and graduation season, additional notice is recommended. Last-minute availability may be limited.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
Occasionally, depending on my schedule. You're always welcome to submit a quote request, and I'll let you know if I'm available.
Is there a fee for last-minute orders?
Orders requested with less than 14 days' notice may be subject to a priority fee based on the turnaround time and order details. Any applicable fee will be discussed and approved before your order is accepted.
Can I make changes to my order after it is booked?
Beginning 14 days before your order date, all design, theme, color, and order selections are considered final. Changes after this point may not be possible and may result in additional charges if supplies have already been purchased or production has begun.
